     Many times when doing an inspection for a real estate sale we have to report on damage that a homeowner previously paid good money to have repaired, but that still warrants repair and the original repair person is nowhere to be found. Granted, opinions on whether damage needs repair or not can very widely from inspector to inspector and in cases like the one above you can seek other opinions to get a favorable one, if you’re lucky, but at the very least your inspection and report bills pile up or things get worse. By having your repairs done by Mac’s you are protected for future inspections because we will issue a current report, recording the conditions after the repairs on a state regulated W.I.R. (wood infestation report).  This insures that Mac’s will pass the damage at a later date unless new infestation occurs between now and then.
