     Mac’s will not predetermine what will work best for you. We stress communication and inspection as the key elements in determining the best plan for your environment. We will work together with you to determine your best options and will give you the flexibility to change plans at any time (monthly, quarterly, etc.). You are never committed to a long-term contract (or asked to prepay for services).  One of the many things that makes Mac’s different, is our full time office staff. They set up your appointments to make sure that we service your home at a time that is most convenient to YOU while staying on a plan that also considers timeliness and duration for the most effective pest control (ask us about our exterior only options). 
Most of the other pest control companies assign a group of accounts to a technician that is responsible for scheduling; this tends to lead to more of a focus on the technician’s convenience and not the customer’s scheduling concerns. At Mac’s, we have more than an adequate number of well trained professional technicians, and extensive records kept on your account, to service your home properly no matter when your prescheduled appointment is, while making every effort to have the same Mac’s technician service your home, as much as possible.
Pricing of residential pest control accounts, at Mac’s, comes directly off of our rate chart. This makes pricing consistent and not subject to varying subjective opinions of a commissioned salesman as in most other pest control companies.

-Service visits are discounted the more you do in a 12 month period
          -Existing customer discounts available
          -Saturday appointments available
          -All common household pests listed on our Residential Pest Control Agreement     
           form are controlled and upon specific request and as to additional customer
           discounted charges, specific uncommon/unlisted pests can be controlled as well.
          -A Regional Pest Control Manager and full time office staff is always available
           Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00 PM to help with any concerns you may have.
